January 2, A restaurant me and Bert and our friend Heather ate at just after Bert and I bought our "new-to-us" Camry. Yeah, I know, I should have taken some pics of us. Next time...
January 3, We got a used Toyota Camry yesterday. It has power everything and a sunroof! We love it! It looks blue, but it's actually dark turquoise or aqua. See the next picture to see the more true color.
These are more true to the actual color. It is more green or turquoise than blue.
This picture was taken by the man we bought it from.
Here's our place viewed in Google Maps. I don't know what the turquoise color is all about. Maybe it's the sun shining off our south-facing window. Anyway, if you want the coordinates, ask and I will send it to trusted friends and family so you can find us on Google Maps or Google Earth.
2014 January 16 - My good friend Heather's mini donkey and horse. Aren't they adorable?
My good friend Heather's mini horse, Cochise.
And here's Heather's mini donkey, Tomahawk.
Bert and I drove in our car to Santa Fe with our friend Heather. Thought this was cool. An old teeter totter and a manual carousel at a horse-place.
At the Santa Fe Village near the Plaza. Well, this photo was actually taken in August of 2010. Didn't take a picture of this place in 2014 when we went there again. So I'm using this photo! It still looks the same outside.

And there are cardboard cutouts of Roy Rogers and Dale Evens near a Silversmith shop called "Guns for Hire".

Cool window, leading to who-knows-where
This is a shop window I found interesting.
At a store near the Santa Fe, New Mexico plaza. A piggy and her piggy babies and a cowboy carved out of wood.
Back outdoors in Santa Fe. Window display at a store. A porcupine.
At a Hopi store near the plaza.
At a store near the plaza. Cute dragon made from a deer antler.
Walking around and near the plaza.

Cool Volkswagon Bug/Beetle car purse made of lots of beads in a shop window.
2014 January 31 - Thought I'd post this here just for fun! My hubby Bert and I often play UNO. The holder contains some heart stickers that my daughter placed on there when we lived in Iowa when she was young. The UNO cards are newer... like we've had them about two years.
We got a new TV. Hee hee hee... The other one never did work right. It's only a 19", but it's large enough for us. Note the dust and cat hairs. Or don't note them.
I just happened to turn it on to take these pics and this opera thing was on PBS. I shut it off right afterward. :-)
2014 February 9 - Awesome sunset taken from our front yard. Actually this is facing the other way - toward the east - away from the sunset. It was so bright! It was like ***BOING!!***
This one is facing toward the setting sun.
The Rio Grande Gorge Bridge goes over the Rio Grande Gorge north-west of Taos New Mexico. We drive over this bridge every time we drive into town. The canyon is about a 680 foot drop from the bridge to the river. Some have called this the mini Grand Canyon.
2014 April 10 - Silly me playing with the Macintosh computer at work. :-)
2014 April 14 - It's cold today so I have my hat and coat on. Well, this is the way I look. Someone didn't like my last picture, so here's another one. I used the Mac computer again, those are birds from the program flying around my head.
2014 April 15 - Like my new pictures? Taken this morning by Bert at our home out at Carson Estates, Two Peaks in northern New Mexico.
