I had a Beginning Goddess Yoga Asanas video here. I removed it. I removed all my videos from YouTube and from my website. If you want to see this video, send me an email; I'll send you my mailing address and you can send me $10 and I'll send you the video on a DVD disc. Do people even do this any more? Or send me a USB drive and I'll send it back to you with the drive.

Yoga = Union;
Asanas = Pose, posture, or position.
These are Yoga Asanas done in a not-so-serious way. But the scenery is beautiful. I did this mostly to inform older people and somewhat overweight people that they can do this also. Just be sure to consult with your physician first.
This practice helps one's joints, brain, heart, lungs and many other organs in the body. See the studies.

I own everything on this video. The video is copyright by me. The music was free for the taking, and has no prior copyright. I got the music from a CD I bought sometime ago with free-to-use, royalty-free, multimedia items on it.
