I scanned in this book myself and the images are in full color and in quite good resolution.
I have also scanned in higher resolutions of some of the images individually.
The zip file is over 218 Megabytes and contains over 330 image files.
I have named the page numbers as they are numbered in the book.
Examples: i, ii, iii, iv; 001, 002, 003; 121, 122, 123.
You will need an un-zip utility to unzip these files.
You will need to either print up each image file (each page) one at a time
or view the images on your computer.
I own a PC and I don't know if Mac computers are capable of un-zipping this file.
Once you have downloaded the file it's up to you.
